1977 16 ft,Kit Kamper trailer does not have a Bathroom, has kitchen sink,I installed a Catalytic Propane heater, Brand new 12 volt refrigerator,Has a Brand new roof and Vents gutters,$2,300,have receipts, for the work done,3 brand new Wheels 3 brand new tires, brand new wheel bearings,it's set up for a power Generator,I have 1 for additional $800.00,Clean Oregon title,all original Documents in a folder,2 brand new Propane tanks,new 2 way valve and tank holder,Bunk Bed couch folds out to bed Kitchen table folds out to bed,Has stove top and oven works excellent,$3500 or Trade for Harley Davidson.I pulled it with a Ford Ranger no problem, tags good till July 2028
