Looking for a carpenter to help with a large remodel project and new construction finish work. I'm an established contractor and stay busy year round. Ideal individual would be licensed and insured but I'm willing to put someone on payroll. I'm in need of a well rounded carpenter but am happy to teach anyone whose willing to learn. We do frame to finish work so the variety keeps things interesting and seeing a project from start to finish is a gratifying experience.
I believe in work life balance first and foremost and to me that means work hard, play hard. Life and family come first, we're not here to work our lives away, I'm not going to ask you to work over 40 hours or do weekend work. I'm well aware of the cost of living here in Central Oregon and where I do need to take experience into consideration, I'm not paying poverty wages. A well rounded licensed and insured individual with tools and know how, pay will be good.
