We’re not just filling positions. We’re building a crew.
Mountain Builders is growing our team in Central Oregon, and we’re looking for carpenters ranging from motivated apprentices to experienced lead-level craftsmen.
We want good people who take pride in their work, show up for their team, and want an opportunity to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, relationships and a strong team culture.
We aren’t looking to fill the truck with warm bodies. We’re looking for people who want to be part of something and take pride in what we build together.

Our projects cover a wide range of residential and light commercial construction:
• Concrete and foundations
• Structural framing
• Siding and exterior work
• Custom homes

• Finish carpentry
• Specialty and remote projects
If you’re well-rounded and like variety instead of doing the same task every day, you’ll probably fit in well here.
