We are seeking an Apprentice! No experience? No problem! We will train you! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a "can-do" attitude! This role requires excellent technical skills, a passion for quality workmanship, and work in a team environment!
Qualifications:
- Ability to read a tape measure
- "Can-do" attitude, with the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Own a basic set of carpenter bags.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Not being afraid of heights

- Competitive pay of $18 - $20 per hour, with a wage review after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
- Repair, and replacement of wood and composite decks, as well as other remodeling projects.
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and stay on budget.
- Maintain a basic set of bags, (we can help with this) ensuring that all equipment is in working condition.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
