Am listing this for my neighbor; I'll pass on your contact information. She'll do the showing and selling. This is her White Furniture Company buffet or sideboard or lowboy, in white leatherette enamel. The White Furniture Company made high-end furniture of excellent hardwoods after its birth in in Mebane, North Carolina, in 1881. The company is historic, having been the one who made and provided furniture to the homes and offices of the Panama Canal builders in 1906, the Grove Park Inn in Asheville in 1911, and in World War 2, transitioned its products to foot lockers, beds, sheds and tool cribs. This piece was in their Chippendale style line likely made in the late 1940s to early 1950s. Though finished in lacquer, it can be repainted by someone with enamels; there are some nicks and knocks. It measures 64 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 32 inches tall. Cash only.
