Bartender — Bos Taurus, Downtown Bend (Monday–Thursday)

Bos Taurus is a modern American steakhouse in the heart of downtown Bend. We source the highest-quality beef and inventive ingredients from around the world, and we're redefining the steakhouse experience one plate at a time.
The role:
You'll run a 10-seat bar as your own section with full fine-dining service, while making every drink for the dining room. It's the most demanding position on our floor, and we're upfront about that because the right person will love it.
This position works Monday through Thursday.
What you'll do:
-Serve your bar guests with fine-dining standards, from greeting through dessert
-Build cocktails for the whole dining room, accurately and on pace
-Guide guests through our cocktails, spirits and by-the-glass wines
-Keep the bar stocked, organized and clean through service
What we're looking for:
-5+ years of hospitality experience, including bartending (fine dining preferred)
-Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wine
-The ability to stay calm, sharp and gracious when the bar is full and the service tickets won't stop
-Genuine passion for food and hospitality
-Highly dependable, positive and high-energy
-21+ with a current OLCC service permit
