BARS PROGRAM CHECKER — $20/HR + MILEAGE
Looking for a responsible, outgoing person to join the Bars Program as a Checker!
This is a flexible, part-time position where you’ll drive to different businesses throughout Bend, Redmond, Prineville, and Madras and help check whether businesses are properly verifying IDs when selling alcohol and tobacco products.
What You’ll Do
Drive to assigned stores, gas stations, restaurants, and other businesses
Attempt to purchase alcohol and/or tobacco products as part of compliance checks
Present your identification when requested
Document whether the business properly checks identification
Complete a simple report after each assignment
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process
Pay & Requirements
$20/hour
Mileage reimbursed
Must be 21–25 years old
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Comfortable driving between locations
Responsible, observant, and able to follow detailed instructions
Professional and comfortable interacting with the public
