Two senior purebred does for sale. These are my original two girls that I’ve had for the last four years. They are both very productive milkers and in their prime. I’m sad to part with these girls but we simply don’t have time for dairy animals at this time. I would keep these two back as pets but I think they still have a lot to offer as milk animals. A great home is a must. Asking 500 each and will offer a discount if they leave together.
They were both shown as dry yearlings and achieved their dry leg. They are 6 years old and have kidded four times without issue. They both produce triplets most often. Kalypso produced twins one year after having quads the previous year. Persi milks over a gallon of milk at one milking per day and is a very persistent milker, she’s a great candidate for milking through multiple years but we’ve never tried it. Kalypso produces 1/2 gallon per day on once a day milking and also has great persistence. They can leave bred to our junior buck. Our herd is G6 negative, clean and closed. Both girls are super friendly, trained to hand or machine milking, good for trims. Any questions please ask. If the ad is up they are available, will not respond to emails asking if they are available.
