2nd owner we used it once. Bought mainly to live in temporarily if the need to evacuate arose. First owner had it parked on a hunting lease and only used it occasionally. Decals are peeling but interior looks new. The awning is also fraying from sun exposure. The linoleum also has a split perhaps from our dry, cold then hot climate. Previous owner stapled the crack and has not seen any further cracking. I am trying to expose all the flaws up front. Everything works. I have left the water pump off for weeks and when the pump is turned on it is still pressurized. No leaks. Non smokers and no pets. We sold the property with the RV barn and I have no place to store it for Winter.
