Located in Bend, Oregon. Asking $8,500. I’m the second owner.
LAYOUT & BEDS
• Two queen beds: one pulls out from the couch, and one lowers electronically from the ceiling.
• No separate bedroom or walk-around rear bed.
• Bathroom and shower are at the back.
• No slide-outs.

• Working heat and A/C; everything electrical works
• Working backup camera with a clear monitor picture
• Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and double sink
• Dining table with chairs, two lounge chairs, solid wood cabinetry and plenty of storage

CONDITION
The roof is solid, with no leaks or damaged window seals. The engine runs well once started, and the transmission shifts smoothly. Sometimes I have to charge it to get it started; I don’t know the cause. Tire age is unknown.
It has cosmetic wear consistent with its age, including exterior streaking and worn/stained carpet. Please look through the photos for the interior and condition.
