This is a vintage Bally 5¢ slot machine, most likely a Bally Model 1000-series or similar 3-reel "upright" from the late 1960s–1970s. You can tell by the Bally Manufacturing Corporation, Chicago nameplate, the woodgrain top box with the pay chart, the chrome body, and the "play one to five coins" setup. It has a top candle (the red light on the chrome tube), a coin return, and a coin tray with a few nickels sitting in it.

Details:
• 3-reel electromechanical machine with woodgrain top box
• Play 1 to 5 coins, 5th coin pays $75 top award
• Chrome body, red top candle, original Bally glass
• Coin tray and coin return working
• Clean and tested, runs great
• Includes key to the face the other keys I do not have
• Includes power cord and a few nickels to get you started

Condition: Great shape for its age, with normal wear and some light scuffs. Perfect for a game room, man cave, bar, or collector. Happy to send more photos or a video of it running.

Pickup only. Machine is heavy, so bring a helper and a truck or dolly. Cash or Venmo.

Price is firm-ish, so reasonable offers considered. Please message with questions.
