FlexTech is actively seeking experienced Access Control / Security Technicians for commercial projects in the Belton, Temple, Austin and Killeen areas. We have immediate openings for technicians with experience in electronic security, access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities
Install, terminate, and troubleshoot commercial access control systems.
Install card readers, electric strikes, mag locks, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, and electrified door hardware.
Install and service IP video surveillance (CCTV) systems.
Pull, terminate, label, and test Cat5e/Cat6 low-voltage cabling.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project drawings.
Install conduit, cable tray, J-hooks, and cable support systems as needed.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning based on experience.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Experience with commercial access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, or structured cabling.
Experience installing and terminating low-voltage systems.
Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings.
Valid Texas Driver's License (Required).
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout Central Texas when project needs require.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required by the customer.
