Need someone for a residential construction project that has experience with residential exterior and interior construction. We are finishing the exterior and moving to the interior work. Need to know hanging sheetrock, preparing indoor framing, insulation, caulking, and general construction.
Looking for more experience than a helper - needs real experience actually installing.
Need someone that knows how to use skill saw, chop saw, drill, driver, and other tools.
Please don't contact if all you know is how to move supplies or clean up.
Working on a small team so needs to be able to hold your own.
Hours are 8:30a to 5p. Need to have your own transportation. Rate is $175/day.
