It’s a Wolf Tooth Components RoadLink. It increases the cassette size you can run with Shimano 10- and 11-speed derailleurs. It’s great for increasing the gear range on older road bikes. I installed this on my road bike, then realized that the shifting worked just fine without it. It’s been installed, but never ridden outside, so it’s basically brand new.
