We are looking for someone to take over our lease for our apartment at Crecent starting September 8th. It is a very light 2 bed 2bath corner unit that looks out over Cordata park.
The apartment has an in unit washer and dryer, large closets, quartz countertops and a double vanity in the primary suite. Building amenities include two resident lounges, a gym, a barre studio, out door grills and fire pits, a dog washing station and a bike storage room. The entire building is pet friendly. There are two parking spots included.
We were very excited about this place but our financial situation changed and moving became unrealistic.
The rental price is 2150 per month.
Tenant pays utilities
You must make 3 times the rental price to qualify. Co-signers must make 4 times the price. You must have a clean record and no felony convictions. Basically, it’s a standard rental deal.
We have not moved in yet so we have not affected the deposit value. If you decide to take the lease we ask that you pay us for our deposit which is 750.

VERY IMPORTANT - please do not try to apply if you do not meet the qualifications. If you do, you will get part way through the qualification process and then be disqualified by the management company. This will cost us valuable time. We are on the hook until the lease is taken over. We are a family of 3 with a baby and cannot afford to pay double rent so please, do not waste our time because it will hurt us financially. Thank you.
