Built on a tiny house specific trailer (dual axle) with taillights, blinkers, running lights. Trailer has traveled 1600 miles. Tires have been covered since transport.
I had the home built in 2022. It's framed professionally with 2x4's [2x6's for the shed roof], insulated properly, Simpson fasteners and hold down hardwares. Code compliant wiring. Non-smoking home.
The tiny home includes all the comfortable features:
- 3/4 inch pex water inlet and 1/2 inch pex water lines to fixtures
- 30 amp panel (plenty of power to run
the home and mini split)
- FOGOTI propane-fueled instant water heater
- 9000btu mini split (heat and ac)

- Induction cooktop stove (2-burner)

- Stainless fridge/freezer
- RV washing machine and dryer

The lofted bedroom has an additional 2ft extension that overhangs over the tongue of the trailer. Offers plenty of room for a queen mattress and can be oriented in multiple directions.

The home must be towed and relocated. There is also a well-built shed [8ft x 8ft] that can be included if you want to move that as well.
The home is currently located on the north side of Whatcom Lake. I will only schedule tours to interested buyers.
