Built on a 2022 tiny house specific trailer (dual axle 14,000lbs) with taillights, blinkers, running lights. Trailer has traveled 1600 miles from Colorado to Washington. Tires have been covered since transport.

The primary staircase-access bedroom has an additional 2ft extension that overhangs over the tongue of the trailer which offers plenty of room for a queen mattress that can be oriented in multiple directions. Space for a dresser and clothes bar.
The secondary bedroom/storage loft is accessed by a removeable ladder, also fits a queen mattress or offers extra storage.
The kitchen is simple, a 2-burner induction stove and large toaster oven cook all the meals. Stainless fridge/freezer offers plenty of space for perishables. Butcher block countertop and a 27" sink.
RV washer and RV dryer work great for smaller loads of laundry.
Bathroom has a 32" tiled shower, mini vanity sink and a plumbed toilet.
