No bathroom/toilet. We have used a camp stove that works perfectly on the counter and jugs of water (that fit next to the garbage can) and a wash basin. There is room for you to continue the build and add a sink/stove top.
About the bus. We bought it a few years ago and took it down to studs. Patched holes from the seats and sealed/rustolium the whole bottom. Insulated on the bottom and spray foam throughout. About 23ft in length, I think about 6ft standing height inside. Only 130k miles, new Jasper transmission put in by previous owner. New front brakes summer of 2023. Rear running lights don’t work, but brakes lights do. Regular oil changes. New TCM module. Tires in good condition. It has always started right up even through the winters! Registered as an RV.
