I am looking for a helper two days a week, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 hours a day. If you are looking to get into the trades and learn on real jobs, this could be a good fit.
THE WORK
Hauling and staging material, demo, site setup and cleanup, tearing off siding and trim, and helping me cut and set. As you get comfortable, more of the carpentry itself.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
- Lives within about 30 minutes of Blaine
- Shows up on time and communicates
- Reliable transportation and a valid license
- Comfortable lifting, climbing a ladder, and working outside
- Basic hand tools and a tool belt. I supply the rest
- Wants to learn. I am particular about quality and happy to teach it
You do not need years of experience. I would rather train someone who wants to learn.
PAY
$20 to $24 an hour depending on experience
