Looking for people with a true passion for off grid living and the outdoor work building towards sustainable living it requires. Many exciting projects on the list. I.e. bio gas.. rocket mass heater/outdoor kitchen..small above ground cellars for food storage .. sauna..rain catchment etc. Have been collecting supplies for such projects.
This is women ..queer..multi cultural.. leaning heavily to the left positive land. Generosity..kindness and a positive attitude towards this land and your neighbor is expected.
We are definitely quiet other than happy company..working on projects or grounds upkeep.
Some work trade is a must. The area available has been left a bit of a mess but can be whipped back into shape with a little time and elbow grease. Weedwhacking...mowing and organizing dump runs. I will supply the tools fuel and make the dump runs.
Ample temp parking space available in same area.
Work first then half rent per month for 3 months.
A variety of berries and a few fruit trees are well established. This is a large area suitable for plenty of gardening a few chickens and other projects.
There are no services or amenities other than a composting toilet available for this space. Truly off grid. Unreliable cell/internet..No deliveries of any kind..Must have pob and tend to your own garbage..
VERY minimal mj/alcohol use and NO cigarette smoking. Must be non smoker. Dogs welcome. No pet deposit required.
