We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician who shares our commitment to professionalism and quality workmanship.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
- Clean high-touch areas and maintain sanitation standards.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and restock supplies.
- Perform deep cleaning and move-out cleaning services.
- Maintain exterior entryways, walkways, and garbage enclosures.
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists.
- Travel between assigned properties.
- Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies.
Requirements
- Previous professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience **REQUIRED**
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
- Professional attitude and respectful communication.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing indoor and outdoor cleaning duties.

Part-Time Position | Opportunity for Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, primarily between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
- Hours vary depending on scheduled jobs and company needs.
