Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on keeping critical systems running? We're looking for skilled Facilities Engineers who enjoy tackling complex maintenance challenges and take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and professional building operations.
What You'll Be Doing
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, and life safety systems.
• Performing daily inspections and preventive maintenance to identify issues before they become problems.
• Responding to alarms, emergencies, and building system failures.
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
• Working on modern commercial building systems while helping maintain exceptional facility standards.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, institutional, or retail maintenance experience.
• Experience in at least two skilled trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, or building automation.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Working knowledge of BAS, CMMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and commitment to workplace safety.

• Life Safety Systems Experience
• Plumbing Experience
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Building Automation Systems Knowledge
