Looking for someone to fill a portion of the space. Ideally you would be ok sharing space with other creatives.
There is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, toaster oven, fridge & cupboard storage. We have a communal "lounge" area with a couch, chairs & table to eat at.
We are a very friendly and welcoming environment!
The space is centrally located downtown, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
There is 24/7 building access & a freight elevator that opens directly into the studio.
The rent is $490 a month which includes utilities & internet. Available January 1st.
