Compensation & Schedule
Job Title: Entry Level Processing Position
Starting Wage: $19.10 – $20.50+ per hour, based on experience and demonstrated efficiency.
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Operating 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7 days a week

Position Summary
As a Processing Technician, you are a critical part of our post-harvest operations, directly impacting our final product quality. This meticulous role involves essential production support and detailed plant handling, requiring exceptional focus and a commitment to regulatory adherence.
Core Responsibilities (Quality & Production)
Execute precision hand-trimming of cured cannabis plants with high efficiency and care.
Perform post-harvest processing duties, including bucking and packaging products for sale.
Strictly adhere to all Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain impeccably clean, organized, and sanitary work areas (processing modular and grow-house) as a daily quality control measure.
Assist with inventory management and tracking, ensuring all product movements are recorded via the required traceability software.
Required Qualifications & LCB Compliance
Age: Must be 21 years of age or older (State Regulatory Requirement).
Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check (LCB requirement).
Reliability: A proven track record of impeccable punctuality and attendance is non-negotiable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for poor attendance or no-call/no-shows.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain concentration and focus on detailed, repetitive tasks for extended durations. This is essential for both product quality and compliance.
Work Ethic: Honest, motivated, positive attitude, and dedicated to working collaboratively as a team player.
Physical Demands: Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive duties, including lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, crouching, and standing or sitting for long periods in an agricultural production environment.
