Compensation & Schedule --
Job Title: Entry Level Processing & Order Fulfillment Specialist
Starting Wage: $19.10 – $20.50+ per hour (DOE and efficiency)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week operations (flexibility required as needs shift)

Position Summary --
As a Processing & Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role across post-harvest operations, product packaging, and order preparation. We need someone dependable, flexible, and consistent who takes pride in achieving high levels of accuracy and efficiency while upholding strict regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities --
Order Fulfillment & Packaging: Accurately weigh, pre-pack, package, and label products according to product standards and daily fulfillment goals.
Precision Processing: Hand-trim cured cannabis and assist with post-harvest tasks (bucking, sorting) with high efficiency and care.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to LCB rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all steps of processing and packaging.
Workplace Quality Control: Keep processing, modular, and grow-house areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitary standards daily.
Qualifications & Requirements --
Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years old (Washington State LCB requirement).
Background Check: Able to pass a mandatory criminal background check.
Reliability & Attendance: Exceptional punctuality and dependable attendance are strict requirements.
Accuracy & Consistency: High level of precision, attention to detail, and consistency across repetitive packaging and processing tasks.
Flexibility & Efficiency: Willingness to adapt to changing day-to-day operational priorities while maintaining speed and high quality standards.
Teamwork & Attitude: Strong work ethic, positive mindset, and strong collaborative team attitude.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, crouch, and sit or stand for long periods in an agricultural production setting.
