2 BR 1BR apartment in happy valley. Right next to Sehome Highschool and very close walking distance to WWU. Bus stop nearby. Rent is 1500 (750/person) including utilities minus electricity/wifi. Laundry room in complex.

This would be a lease takeover that starts in December and runs through the end of January. After that you would need to take up with the landlord to continue to lease.

The arboretum is super close as well as a walking/biking path right behind the apartment. Really a great little spot and pretty conveniently located. Can bike 10 minutes into fairhaven or downtown Bellingham.
There is plenty of parking.
