2016 Forest River Heritage Glen Lite 272RL travel trailer – $14,500.00
For sale: 2016 Forest River Heritage Glen Lite 272RL travel trailer.
I purchased this travel trailer with the intention of living in it full-time, but my circumstances have changed and I need to sell it. The previous owner stated that it was only used for approximately four camping trips and was otherwise parked for most of its life.
The travel trailer was stored throughout the past winter and was not lived in during that time. This spring, I began addressing normal wear items and performing maintenance to ensure everything is in good working condition.
Recent Repairs and Maintenance:
New 20’ sewer clean out line (in it’s own tote).
Replaced water pump.
Installed new kitchen faucet.
Replaced switches for automatic stabilizing jacks.
Replaced all slide-out sliders 4 total.
Replaced awning motor and switch.
Replaced toilet flush valve.
Replaced plumbing fittings associated with the toilet valve and faucets.
Clean tested and sealed exterior this trailer has never had an exterior leak.
Additional maintenance completed and more details available upon request.
This is a clean, well-maintained travel trailer with a spacious rear living room layout. It would make an excellent full-time residence, vacation trailer, or seasonal getaway.
