We are a growing kitchen and bath cabinetry company looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Representative to join our Bellevue showroom team.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has strong design skills, and can manage projects from the initial consultation through the sales process. This position combines kitchen and bath design, on-site measurements, customer service, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Meet with customers at our Bellevue showroom and at their homes or project sites.
-Perform accurate on-site measurements for kitchen, bathroom, and cabinetry projects.
-Create professional kitchen and bathroom layouts, designs, and 3D renderings.
-Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and sales proposals.
-Help customers select cabinetry styles, colors, finishes, and countertop materials.
-Follow up with customers, close sales, and build long-term relationships.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth project execution.
-Manage multiple customer projects while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry sales required.
-Experience with kitchen cabinetry layouts and measurements.
-Ability to read floor plans and construction drawings.
-Experience with kitchen design software such as 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar programs preferred..
-Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills..
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
-Valid driver’s license required.
-Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
