Rooms are nice and clean, new furniture, in a 2 family home that's well cared for, looking for thise who want more than just a room but a safe, quiet, and clean household.
We do respect each other's privacy, alone time, and keep usually to ourselves. There are 2 bathrooms that we share, they are very well cared for.
There are 2 entrances from the street to the front door, lots of greenery, parks, little traffic, 2 bus stops right around the corner, one spot for a car in the driveway, house is on a street corner, so there's lots of street parking available also.
