Rent is $1300 plus utilities which adds up to $1429 total for everything. Apartment is 800sqft. Not sure the size of the bedroom. It’s a 2 bed one bathroom unit. I usually keep to myself so I’ll be in my room most of the time and never use the living room so just use the kitchen, restroom and bedroom. All I ask is to clean up after yourself and keep the unit clean.
