Best in Class Education Center is hiring part-time English and Math instructors for in-person K-12 classes. We believe every child deserves affordable, individualized, high-quality learning, and our mission is twofold: build better teachers and build successful students.

What you’ll do?
✅ Teach, or assist lead teachers in teaching, K-12 English and Math using our provided materials
✅ Grade homework, classwork and tests using our guidelines
✅ Keep accurate student and class schedules
✅ Communicate professionally and promptly with students and parents
✅ Help keep the center organized, welcoming and student-focused
✅ Support other center tasks as needed
What we’re looking for?
🎓 Bachelor’s degree preferred; current undergraduate students are welcome to apply
📖 Strong command of English and/or Math at the grade levels you’d teach
🤝 Experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, childcare, customer service or leadership is a plus
💬 Clear, patient communication with students from kindergarten through high school
💻 Comfort with technology for online classes, scheduling and center operations
📦 Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (for example, moving classroom materials), with or without reasonable accommodation
📅 Availability in person on a consistent weekly schedule, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays
📝 Willingness to complete our training and evaluation process
Pay and schedule:
Part-time, W-2 employee
Depending on experience, qualifications, and role
