Hi, my name is Santiago. We are looking for a reliable housekeeper for ongoing service twice a week at our 3-level townhouse.

SCOPE OF WORK & SPACE DETAILS:

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 1 primary bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. (The other 2 bedrooms are rented out and cleaned by the tenants, so they will not be included).

Living Areas: Main living spaces and kitchen.

Basement & Garage: Basement is basic and mostly empty (just shelving and a Peloton bike). The garage does notneed to be cleaned.

Schedule & Compensation:

Frequency: 2 days per week.

Pay: $150 – $200 per week to start, with an opportunity to renegotiate after the first 30 days.

Payment Methods: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or check (no cash payments).
