Detailing Assistant - Help scale small business. Top of industry Pay (Bellevue Seattle)

Previous detailing experience is preferred, especially if you already own basic detailing tools or equipment. However, we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, professional, comfortable working independently, and interested in learning a valuable skill.
**What we are looking for:**
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
* Dependable and able to arrive on time
* Professional communication and appearance
* Comfortable working around customers’ homes and vehicles
* Able to perform physical cleaning work
* Strong attention to detail
* Honest, respectful, and safety-conscious
* Smartphone for job details, photos, and communication
Experience with any of the following is helpful:
* Interior auto detailing
* Carpet and upholstery cleaning
* Steam cleaning
* Shampooing and extraction
* Pet hair and stain removal
* Exterior washing and waxing
* Buffing and polishing
* Ceramic coatings
* Mobile service businesses
Owning detailing equipment is a plus, but it is not required for every candidate. We are open to experienced detailers, independent contractors, part-time workers, students, and people from related industries who are interested in additional work.
Work may be available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The amount of work can vary depending on bookings, weather, experience, and availability.
Compensation and job structure will be discussed based on your experience, equipment, availability, and ability to complete jobs independently.
