Beehives with bees - $400 (Bellevue)

I have 5 bee hives. These are 10 frame hives including 2 deeps and 2 supers, all with built comb. I've been raising bees for several years; unfortunately, I've started developing a bee allergy this year so it's best if I stop bee keeping. I haven't done inspections as thoroughly as I like this year because of that, though I have been changing out oxalic acid sponges every 2 months. The hives all look active from the outside. I'm selling the hives for $400 each. You are welcome to inspect the hives, and if there are issues, I can discount as appropriate,

I also have a bunch of bee keeping equipment that I'll need to sell, though I might let them go after most or all of the hives are gone. Among these is a 12 frame motorized honey extractor.
