Dishwasher
*Ware Washing & Sanitation
Scrape, wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, and pans in compliance with health and safety standards, using both commercial dish machines and manual methods.
*Dish Station Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish area by ensuring work surfaces and floors remain dry, sanitary, and free of clutter.
*Waste Management
Manage kitchen waste by emptying trash receptacles, breaking down cardboard, and transporting refuse to designated disposal areas.
*Kitchen Support
Support kitchen operations by sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining cleanliness throughout back-of-house areas, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed.
*Dishwasher must be able to multitask
* Must be self managed and have a desire to grow with the company.
* Flexible to work 3 to 5 days a week
