Hi everyone! My name is Salma Hussain Cid. I’m 28 years old, a member of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society, and currently finishing my final semester in Psychology.
After working in the medical field, I recently took a huge step toward something I’m incredibly passionate about: opening my own learning and ABA center.
We work with children on fundamental life skills, independence, coping mechanisms, and emotional regulation, while also providing a challenging and engaging curriculum that includes math, literature, science, and more.
We also offer ABA therapy and speech therapy for children with autism that are covered through insurance, with amazing RBTs and BCBAs working alongside us to provide individualized support to each child and family.
I want to emphasize something that is very important to me: this is a small practice, and I’m the owner. I’m personally involved, and I genuinely put my heart into what we do.
I don’t mind going above and beyond for families because I would want someone to do the same for mine—especially when there is already such a lack of resources, guidance, and support for families trying to figure out where to turn.
This is my purpose.
Because we are a smaller practice, we currently have no waitlist. I can also personally help families navigate insurance, evaluations, therapy services, and the process of figuring out what support their child may qualify for.
I also offer parent workshops for families who may be struggling and simply need guidance, resources, or somewhere to start.
If you know a child or family who could use support, please send them my way. Even if they’re unsure what services they need or where to begin, I’m here to help.
