Push mower (Bella Vista)

Mower worked fine last year. Did not use it this year.

Tried to start it in June and would only stay running if tilted back. Possible water in gas?

Have a brand new blade that will come with it. Just need to get rid of it.

Never had any issues with it in the previous years. Self propelled.
