Built in 2016 on a Canadian-made heavy duty insulated trailer, the 1st floor of the house includes a sitting area w/ 2 wooden benches, a fold-away desk w/ large window view, a galley kitchen with 3/4-sized electric fridge, butcher block counters, full-sized sink, faucet with pull-out sprayer, 2 burner electric cooktop, separate small oven and lots of storage. The bathroom includes a Separette European composting toilet, mini sink, and a 2 1/2 x 3ft wide, 18" deep soaking-tub w/ shower.
Upstairs there is one large sleeping loft at the rear of the house that fits a queen or king sized mattress, with 3 long windows, great views, a storage-cubby wall, and stairs leading up to it. The front of the house, above the sitting area, includes a small loft w/ a hatch entrance, circular window, 2 square windows, and mini branch climbing wall. Center of the home features a vaulted sky-blue ceiling and large windows with lots of light.
House is well insulated, w/ double-paned, primarily Anderson, casement and awning windows w/ window dresser window inserts for cold weather, an electric heat pump that includes A/C, quick fired propane hot water heater, and a Lunos-2 heat recovery air exchanger.
The house is currently set up with a greenhouse mudroom, and water and electric hook-ups on the farm. There is potential for the new owner to stay at the current location~ a conversation with the farmer would need to occur, or move the house to a new location.
Weighs approx 19k lbs. Can be towed with a large pick-up or similar vehicle, wide load signs, and a simple permit from the state (home is just under- 10' wide and 13' high -meeting travel guidelines). It's been to NC and back, and rides smoothly. Comes with 2 additional full-sized tires. Greenhouse not included, or would be a separate sale.
