All Star Property Services has an immediate opening for a Property Porter servicing commercial properties throughout the DFW area.
This is an independent, outdoor position responsible for keeping assigned properties clean, presentable, and well maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Walk assigned properties and pick up litter, trash, and debris from parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and common areas
• Empty outdoor trash cans and replace liners as needed
• Keep dumpster areas and other designated exterior areas clean
• Report maintenance issues, property damage, illegal dumping, or other concerns noticed during service
• Take before/after photos and complete simple service reports for each property
• Perform other light exterior cleaning duties as needed
Job Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation — pickup truck preferred
• Reliable cell phone
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Must be dependable and show up on time
No experience is needed. Competitive pay.

We are located just off Highway 10 and S. Pipeline in Hurst.
