Found chicken or rooster? (Beacon hill)

We found this beautiful chicken or rooster. Whatever it is in our backyard, it just showed up. But we cannot have this because we have four cats. We would like to find the owner or somebody please come pick it up. I don't care who it is, but it's gonna have a lot safer life. Anywhere but in my backyard.
