Mosey’s Roadhouse is looking for an experienced, energetic, and dependable Restaurant Manager to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and keep restaurant operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage and motivate staff
• Create a positive guest experience
• Schedule and supervise employees
• Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Help control labor and food costs
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Ensure health, safety, and company standards are followed
• Work closely with ownership and management
• Organize special events that create revenue
Qualifications:
• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and organized
• Knowledge of Clover POS system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
