Hello, I am a recent grad and am looking for new accommodations outside of Isla Vista. I work two jobs, am clean, responsible, quiet, a homebody, understand that people need space, and am always up to make new friends. I am looking to either take over someone’s lease or a private single bedroom in the Downtown Santa Barbara area, with my 1 year old cat. He’s a nice and cute cat.
