WHAT WE OFFER-

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE: Operating a commercial delivery vehicle safely throughout assigned Houston routes. Managing an average of 115-125 stops per day at a steady, manageable pace. Delivering and picking up packages with a strict focus on safety and customer service. Staying active - loading, unloading, and moving packages daily.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
License: Must possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
Screening: Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screening, and DOT physical exam.
Experience: 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (e.g., 16-foot box truck or larger, step van, or other commercial vehicle) within the last 3 years OR 5 years of experience within the last 10 years. (Note: Successful completion of a vendor driving school plus 6 months of experience also qualifies!)
Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting and moving packages up to 150 lbs (using a hand truck/dolly) including walking up and down stairs.
Oversized Packages: Must be physically able to handle and deliver large/oversized items up to the maximum FedEx Ground package dimensions (up to 108 inches in length or 165 inches in combined length plus girth).
