Since 1907, Ciuffo Cabinetry has specialized in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom kitchens and luxury residential millwork. We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to independently set up and operate our CNC machinery in a fast-paced custom woodworking environment. We are currently offering day and evening shifts for this position.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC woodworking machinery.
- Experience operating CNC routers, edgebanders, drill machines, and sanders.
- Familiarity with tooling and router bits.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work full-time for either day or evening shift (hours to be discussed) with overtime and Saturdays as required.
Responsibilities
- Review shop drawings and work orders prior to production.
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture custom millwork components.
- Verify material quality before machining and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized CNC work area.
- Communicate effectively with CNC programmers, management, and fellow team members.
- Assist with other shop duties as needed, including light assembly, operation of additional machinery, and loading or unloading materials.
Please Note: This is a full-time position. Overtime is mandatory when required and will include Saturdays.
Compensation is based on skills and experience.
