These are for long-distance internet service over the cell networks. They do not come with a power supply - instead they connect with your existing router, switch, or injector with power over ethernet (PoE) to power them through the network cable.
They also have PoE output so you can power a WiFi AP directly from the LTE radio.
In all fairness, most people would have difficulty configuring these without adequate network knowledge, but if you have a compatible SIM and a buddy that knows networking, it's a great way to have fast, cheap internet a long way from the nearest cell tower. Great for that off-grid cabin or job site, and much lower power requirements than sstarlink.
Again, this is for TWO kits. You only need one to get internet, so it's good for two different sites.
