I brought the trimmer to an authorized Stihl dealer for a new throttle cable as the old one was fraying. When I picked it up I was told they also replaced the carburator with a new one. The charge was approx. $100. Got it home ran it and all was fine. Then I noticed it powered down slightly every once in a while so I brought it back. Another $38 charge. Got it home powered up fine, started fine, but would stall out on low idle. Brought it back to dealer, who said they would call, but never did so I went out and picked it up telling them I had spent roughly $150 and would spend no more!!!
I am offering it for $50. I would assume it needs adjustment or tinkering with. It also has two string pools one being the auto load and the other the take apart spool to load new string.
