The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stovetop, new dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils, and a marble-topped island with bar seating.
Every bedroom has its own heat pump, with an additional large heat pump in the kitchen for heating and cooling through Maine’s changing seasons. You’ll also have an in-unit, brand-new washer and dryer; quality linens and towels; starter kitchen and bathroom essentials; and a private deck with a table and chairs.

One bedroom and the full bathroom are on the apartment’s main level; two bedrooms and a half bathroom are upstairs. There is one flight of stairs from the entry foyer to the main level and another to the upstairs bedrooms. The home has one other unit, occupied by a quiet, long-term tenant and her young child and a sweet, old dog.
**Lease details:** Available November 1, 2026, for a 6- or 7-month lease ending April 30 or May 31, 2027. A signed lease and $2,500 security deposit are required; the stated amount includes a $500 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Background checks are $30 per adult. No pets, smoking, or events.
