Small Downtown Bath Real Estate Company seeks property maintenance individual with construction experience and background. Individual should be mature, independent, trustworthy, and reliable. Work hours are generally between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, but can be flexible.
Responsibilities include:
- Residential and Commercial Tenant Turnover
- Cleaning, Painting, Construction Projects, Maintaining and Operating Maintenance Shop
- Project Management of other Trades
- Lawn Care and Snow Removal
- Maintaining all Aspects of Residential and Commercial Properties
