EC Land Partners is looking for a part-time Operations Associate to be our boots on the ground across our Central Texas land developments. It's an outdoors, hands-on role where no two days are the same — setting stakes, putting out signage, fixing fences, hauling supplies, running a UTV, coordinating with contractors, and keeping properties clean and buyer-ready. The ideal person grew up around contracting, farming, or land work, is handy with all kinds of DIY, and takes real ownership of getting things done right. This starts as flexible part-time contract work (~10–15 hrs/week, $27/hr + mileage) with a clear path to a full-time career running our operations as we grow.
