I need to be near her school, which is Big Creek Elementary so it is very important for you to only message me if you are near that area or cumming because I don’t have a vehicle I would be having to Uber every day back-and-forth, which I don’t have a problem doing, but I would like to save money so that I can focus on saving and buying me a car eventually
My ideal budget is $800 per month, preferably with utilities included. I’m looking for a private living space with its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen or kitchenette. I would prefer a month-to-month or flexible lease if possible.
I’m employed in the Alpharetta area and would like to remain close to my job and my daughter’s current school. I’m hoping to find a responsible, respectful landlord who is open to working with a working mother.
Dec 1 I need it by and my stay will be 3-6 months
