I am a woman in my 30s returning to school in order to change my career. I am looking for a quiet, respectful female roommate. I am open to either students or working professionals. The apartment is a 2 bedroom on the second floor located in the Tree Streets neighborhood of Bangor. The shared spaces are pictured including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom pictured is the one for rent. Roommate must go through the landlord's approval process and be on the lease.

Absolutely no smoking or recreational drug use of any kind, no parties, and preferably no drinking. Must be socially progressive and non-discriminatory toward others. Sorry, but no pets allowed. Please do not reply if you do not meet these criteria, as I will not consider exceptions.
